1. Shipping Requirements
a) Shipping info of consignment items under Speedy Direct Delivery Service must be submitted within 48 hours AND delivered to POIZON’s warehouse address within 7 days. Otherwise, your shipments will be deemed as overdue shipments or having false shipping info, and your consignment application will be canceled automatically. You can send items via shipping carrier or drop them off at our warehouse in person.
b) If you choose to ship items via shipping carrier, please note that we only accept pre-paid shipments delivered by shipping carriers approved by POIZON. Make sure the shipment tracking number submitted on POIZON is accurate. POIZON will not be held liable for any loss of package due to incorrect or false shipping info provided by sellers.
2. Fees Breakdown
The following fees will be assessed when your item is consigned to our warehouse:
Inspection fee: ¥170/item
Authentication Fee: ¥350/item
Handling Fee: ¥340/item
If a consigned item converts into a successful sale, the above fees will be refunded.
3. Consignment Storage
The Speedy Direct Delivery Service offers a 60-day period free of storage charge for items consigned to our warehouse. If a consigned item does not achieve any sale within 60 days, the consignment term will be closed and the item will be returned to the Seller (delivery fee paid by Seller if returned via shipping carrier).
4. Payout Calculation
Payout to Seller = Product Price – Transaction Fee – Payment Processing Fee
Actual deposit and sales income are subject to the figures in your Account Statement.
Please note: Order Status could be different from the actual payout status. Your Account Statement should prevail in case of such inconsistency.
